Welcome to Celtic Women International

If you have a Celtic Heritage then CWI might be of interest to you! The vision of CWI is to become a recognised leader in building an international community for Celtic Women that honors, celebrates and promotes Celtic Women and their Heritage, Tradition and Culture.

Within this website you can learn more about our mission, history and educational programs. Members of CWI receive a quarterly newsletter with many fine articles. It is our aim to share previous publications with you and these can be found on our archives page. The website is constantly in growth and with your help will continue to do so. We are always looking for articles related to the seven recognised Celtic Nations and welcome your contributions.

Our growth is now focused worldwide and if you would like to become a part of this truly international organisation for Celtic Women & Men contact us for details. As part of its vision CWI encourages the establishment of branch societies in any country, region or state. Three or more persons who are eligible for regular membership in CWI may request an application for a branch charter from the Board of Directors. Procedures for charter application are defined in the bylaws, and may be obtained upon request either by email or using the contact details below.

CWI runs an annual conference and all are welcome to attend. The 2001 Conference will be held in Milwaukee on October 11th to 13th and details can be found HERE.
