When our capacity for registrations is reached, we will create a waiting list. This will be "first come-first served". Please do not be disappointed and make your plans as soon as possible. All registrations will be confirmed.WHAT IS INCLUDED IN REGISTRATIONS
THURSDAY RECEPTION: An opportunity to get your registration packet and name tag early; an opportunity to meet old friends and new, or browse the vendor tables. A cash bar will be open. The Thursday reception is open to all registrants.
FULL REGISTRATION: includes all programs Friday and Saturday and the Friday evening Concert .
ONE-DAY REGISTRATION: Includes all programs on the day of attendance. If booking just for the Friday your booking includes the Award ceremony and evening Concert.
MEALS: Meals may be purchased at O'Flaherty's or elsewhere. The banquet on Saturday evening requires a separate registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a written request is received by fax, e-mail or mail before September 1st, a full refund will be granted. (No telephone requests). If the written request is received September 1-20, 50% of the
registration will be refunded. After September 20th, no refund is allowed. Credit card registrations will be charged a fee on refunds. Send all refund requests to the CWI office.SUNDAY BREAKFAST AND TOUR
On Sunday, October 13, there will be a Celtic Women Tour following a full Irish breakfast at O'Flaherty's. Breakfast will be served from 8 - 10am. The air-conditioned tour bus will depart at 11 am sharp and return to
O'Flaherty's at 1pm. The tour will include the French Quarter, historic Celtic sites and beautiful homes in the City of New Orleans. A local historian will be our guide. The cost for this Breakfast-Tour package is $35 and must be
registered in advance on the registration form.ACCOMMODATION
The central booking office for B&B rooms in New Orleans is B&B Inc. Telephone 1-800-729-4640. We strongly advise registrants to reserve housing as soon as possible. The following hotels are holding rooms until September 1st for CWI:
The Hotel Monteleone, 1 block from O'Flaherty's, is holding a block of rooms for our Conference until September 1st. To reserve a hotel room call Bobbe at DMI Travel 1-800-479-8222. Rooms sleep 2-3; $175 plus 12% tax with breakfast included. DMI Travel will help with air reservations also.
